fix: Remove backwards compatibility macro's

Closes #296

BREAKING CHANGE: This removes the redisReplyReader* functions, which are
                 already replaced by redisReader* functions.
                 It renames `redisReplyReaderSetPrivdata`,
                 `redisReplyReaderGetObject` and `redisReplyReaderGetError`
                 to `redisReaderSetPrivdata`, `redisReaderGetObject`
                 and `redisReaderGetError`.
